The entire family of the guthiyars of Canadian Newa Guthi (CNG) is deeply saddened by the sudden loss of your beloved father/father-in-law, the Late Dr. Achyut Bahadur Shrestha, who was born on Shrawn 10, 1984 BS (25 July 1927), on Poush 12, 2080 BS (28 December 2023), at the age of 97.
The Senior physician in Nepal, Dr. Shrestha, retired in 2048 BS as a first-class official of the then-His Majesty Government.
Dr. Shrestha was the son of Dr. Asta Bahadur Shrestha, the nation’s first radiologist, and a loving father of four sons and one daughter.
At this difficult time we the Canadian Newa Guthi family want to express our sincere condolences to you and your entire family.
May your family’s resilience help you and your family get through this heartbreakingly challenging time!
